Our story

Jeremy began his career in education in 2000, dedicating 25 years to serving the Big Sky community. With a deep commitment to supporting others and finding ways to serve himself, he has recently transitioned to facilitating meaningful conversations around mental health and substance use.

Currently pursuing his addiction counseling license through Montana State University, Jeremy continues to grow his impact as an advisor to Be Well Big Sky and several other community care initiatives. In addition to his advisory roles, he serves as a mentor coach in mindful meditation practices, helping others cultivate presence and resilience.

Whether you want to discuss pieces around substance use or explore ways to tap into your innate wisdom and begin writing your narrative, join Jeremy on his journey of healing, connection, and mindful service to the community.

@ Empty Chair, we are here to help you tap into your innate wisdom, navigate through the complicated stuff, and celebrate your continued work towards your truest self.

We walk with you along your wellness journey! Feel free to contact us if you have questions or need support. Taking the first step means you are 1/2 way there…

We also organize workshops with other community care groups for organizations, businesses, families, or friends centered around

  • connecting deeper to the earth

  • finding space and time for change

  • practicing mindfulness and meditation

  • crisis intervention

Decades in education, community wellness and advocacy, and recovery experience uniquely equip me to consult, mentor, & guide individuals.

We have the opportunity each day to learn new things about ourselves, try new ways to tap into our wisdom, and begin writing our narrative the way we want it.
